This girl disgusts me and I feel bad!!!!?

I am kinda friends with this girl, and I had a cl with her last year. She was kinda fat, like had some big jugs, a muffin top tummy, and sorta big thighs, and an ss that wouldn't fit her pants perfectly. I'd say she was about 5'4 and like 130-150lbs, she wasnt THAT fat but you could tell she was overweight. Soooo, She comes over to my table at lunch, and I was disgusted! I am pretty skinny myself, but I am physically fit, and I actually eat alot. I'm like 105lbs. anyway, so she comes over and I was shocked, because she had these long skinny arms that you could just snap and they'd break in an instant. she had skinny legs that I thought made her legs look long, but she had no , and her stomach was like flat and you could like see her rib cage almost! Her face was sagging in and she had like baggiesh eyes! I was ready to puke because I've always been skinny and not that skinny, but I'm like a healthy skinny, and she still says she's fat, and I'm not sure if she was kidding or not. she said she was like 93lbs. Well, I feel bad for her because she has no real friends since she lies about everything. I used to be like best friends with her when we were little but i couldnt stand her lying. I want to help her but I don't know what to say
