I need your help with my taxes!?

How should we file? My husband owns his own trucking business (he drives) he has one semi and one trailer. I am an RN I make about 50,000 a year. He just started this business in may. I have two children should we file married jointly or separately and what is the best tax program to use. I have used turbo tax in the past.
