Does the NFC West look like a competitive � for the 09/10 season?

It was kind of a shock that the Cardinals won that division, much less become NFC champions. So have the Rams, Seahawks, & 49ers - still the only NFC West teams to win Super Bowls - 4tified themselves in the ongoing off-season w/ free agent signings & trades? I understand that San Francisco looked promising down the stretch. & uming that AZ continues 2 appear in the playoffs, will there be a 2nd (if not an 3rd) team to clinch a berth @ the expense of a stronger �, e.g. the NFC South or East?
