James, McGahee or Jones-Drew?

I need to pick two RB's out of Edgerrin James, Willis McGahee and Maurice Jones-Drew. James and McGahee play the 49'ers and Titans respectively, so they have great matchups. Jones-Drew goes against the Patriots high-rated run defense but has been hot and will be the starter with Taylor out this week. Which two should I play?
