What do you use to entertain your 3 month old baby?

My son will be 3 months old on May 4th. So far he needs a lot of stimulation. On rare occasions he can be entertained for several minutes with his Fisher Price Ocean Wonders mobile and his Baby Einstein DVD. But that lasts less than 10 minutes and even then it is rare that it works. I have a bouncer and a swing for him...and an activity mat...but those don't seem to work at all. Is he just too young to be entertained by these things? I love my baby and I'm not working right now so I don't have a problem spending all of this time with him...but I feel bad letting him cry while I spend the 10-15 minutes a day washing his bottles. Any ideas or suggestions?
