Birth control and possible bv...please help!?

Hi i've been on yasmin for the past 3 months, and this last month i have been having some symptoms that i haven't experienced or possibly didn't notice because they weren't as severe. First is the pain and burning during . This pain only happens during and a bit after , and sometimes it itches a little also, makes me feel uncomfortable and cant fully enjoy . and now i can feel slight soreness around the opening. Up to this point i thought it was bv but the odor is more like menstrual blood times 20. or maybe it does smell fishy and i cant tell the difference lol. and the last part is the pain in my . this past month, ever since i got off my period and got back on the pill they still hurt like when i'm on my period, every day. Can someone please help me with this!! should i go and see a doctor? i dont have a problem with that but its always easier to treat at home. any suggestions or over the counter meds to help? thanks a lot!
